图神经网络适于进行单细胞组学分析，利用autoencoder进行调控信号分析，信号峰越多，赋予权重越大：

利用细胞空间信息进行graph autoencoder建模，将组织原始图像转化为RGB图，然后就可以利用图像分割方法进行可视化：
