大规模暴力受害者和证人的数字化证词档案正面临日益严峻的风险，包括网络攻击、新兴技术的滥用，以及语音克隆和深度伪造等威胁。同时，提升这些档案可访问性的努力，也可能在无意中损害证词提供者的权利。本次讲座将探讨如何通过法律、技术和伦理规范的多学科交叉方法，制定原则性指导方针，以更好地维护提供者的权利与自由。讲座还将讨论在线视听证词的伦理使用问题，并思考如何在尊重人类尊严的前提下，平衡档案保存、学术研究和公共信息需求，尤其是在无法重新获取当事人同意的情况下。鉴于人们对逝者数字权利的兴趣日益增长，本研究具有重要的现实意义和时效性。

Digital archives of testimonies from victims and witnesses of mass violence face growing vulnerabilities, including cyberattacks, misuse of emerging technologies, and risks such as voice cloning and deepfakes. Efforts to enhance accessibility may also unintentionally compromise the rights of those who provided these testimonies. This talk examines how interdisciplinary approaches, combining law, technology, and ethical expertise, can help establish principled guidelines for safeguarding contributors’ rights and freedoms. It explores ethical use of online audiovisual testimonies, and considers how to balance archival, research, and public information needs with respect for human dignity, especially when consent cannot be revisited. This research is particularly timely and relevant considering the growing interest in the digital rights of the deceased.
